I had a great experience at this practice! The staff was welcoming and efficient, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Dr. Shah was incredibly attentive and took the time to explain my health concerns in detail. She listened to all my questions and provided thoughtful answers, which I really appreciated. The office itself is clean and well-maintained. The only downside was the wait time; I had to wait a bit longer than I expected. However, the quality of care I received made it worth it. I’ve been seeing Dr. Shah for about six months now, and I can honestly say that my health has improved significantly since I started visiting her. She has a calm demeanor that puts you at ease, which makes discussing health issues much less intimidating. I particularly appreciate how she integrates lifestyle changes into her recommendations, as it shows she cares about the whole person, not just the symptoms. The staff is also very friendly and accommodating; they even helped me with scheduling appointments around my work hours. One area for improvement might be the office’s communication; it took a few calls to get my lab results, but once I got through, Dr. Shah was very thorough in explaining everything. Overall, I’m very pleased with my choice!

I can't recommend this internist enough! Dr. Shah is not only a top-notch physician but also a genuinely caring individual. From my first visit, it was clear that she values her patients' well-being. I was impressed by her thoroughness during the examination, ensuring no stone was left unturned. She spent extra time reviewing my history and asked insightful questions that helped identify issues I hadn’t even considered. The office is modern and comfortable, and the staff are exceptionally polite. I also appreciated that she provided me with useful resources to better manage my health. My only suggestion would be to improve the scheduling system; I had to wait quite a while for an appointment initially. Still, after seeing her, I understand why she’s in demand! I’m thankful to have found such a competent doctor.
